Founded in 1976, The Memorial Museum of Ivo Andrić is located at Andrićev venac 8, the residence where the writer lived with his wife, Milica Babić, from 1958. The authentic interiors of the entrance hall, drawing room and Andrić’s study have been carefully preserved. Within this adapted setting, a permanent exhibition traces the life and work of the Nobel Prize laureate in chronological order.

City Tour by Coach

Belgrade is set on elevated ground above the confluence of the Sava River and the Danube. In 1403, during the reign of Stefan Lazarević, the city became the capital of Serbia—a status it has retained to this day. Belgrade is also one of the two cities, alongside Constantinople, dedicated to the Mother of God.

This panoramic coach tour takes you through New Belgrade, past the impressive Palace of Serbia and Belgrade Arena, and into the elegant district of Dedinje.

A visit to the House of Flowers, part of the Museum of Yugoslav History, offers insight into the country’s recent past (approx. 30 minutes).

Continuing through the city, you will see the monumental Temple of Saint Sava, Slavija Square, the lively Boulevard of King Alexander and St Mark's Church, along with key civic landmarks including the National Assembly, City Assembly, Terazije and Republic Square.

The tour concludes with views of Kalemegdan Park and the Belgrade Fortress, before passing along Karađorđeva Street and ending near the Crowne Plaza Belgrade.
